Booking a treatment will require providing private information over the phone or in person. We input patient data through our third-party booking software, Practice Perfect, designed specifically for Physio Practices. This system is on a secure network and ensures patient’s medical privacy.
When you fill out your intake form and submit it to administration via email or in person, you will have an option to opt into email and text communications. We use text messaging to remind patients of appointments and will require your number. When you sign up for our email newsletter, we will ask for your email address. Additionally, you have the option to share the following information with us, which we use to personalize the marketing messages you receive from us.

You can choose to stop receiving Bolton Physio emails at any time, by clicking “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any Bolton Physio marketing email. Bolton Physio appointment texts (i.e., confirmations, cancellations) and post-treatment review emails (i.e., 5-star rating emails) must be unsubscribed or opted out of separately from marketing emails.
When you contact us via email or phone, we will ask for information to identify you in our system. We may also ask for your feedback to improve our services. When you book a treatment we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

We may share your data within the Bolton Physiotherapy Clinic company. We may also share it with others who help us serve you. Because we work with Squarespace, we will share your data with Squarespace and some supporting companies to help us process data, host our digital channels, or send communications. Our store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online platform that allows us to sell our services to you. Your data is stored through Squarespace’s data storage, databases and the general Squarespace application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
