Bolton Physiotherapy Clinic is located ion the lower level of the Bolton Medical Building, with direct access off Highway 50. The facilities include a private assessment room, private massage rooms, gym and treatment area. We believe that active recovery is critical to achieving maximal functions, so we employ a variety of exercise equipment, from cardiovascular equipment (recumbent bike, ergometer, treadmill, elliptical), to free weights, kettlebells, dynabands. Our therapists also use balance boards, bosu, agility ladders, Star Mats, and of course, the always popular Fit Lights to provide dynamic progressive programs for our diverse clients. For those who need some assistance in reducing pain, inflammation or sensitivity, we also have paraffin wax bath, and moist heat packs, cryocuff, TENS/NEMS, Theralase laser, Ultrasound, and Interferential Current.
