At Bolton Physiotherapy Clinic, we offer a wide variety of services, including developing strong links with local sports teams and schools supplying first aid coverage for local high school football and rugby games. WHO WE ARE
Established in 1984, Bolton Physiotherapy Clinic has a long tradition in the Caledon Community, offering a large variety of services to help keep this active community in motion. We support local charity, sports clubs and the Caledon Wellness and Community Centre, as well as provide services and training to local schools. Our staff consists of physiotherapists, athletic therapists, massage therapists, and acupuncturists, all with expertise in various areas, such as sports injury prevention and rehabilitation, manual therapy, orthopaedic rehabilitation, paediatrics, ergonomics, functional abilities evaluation, concussion testing/management, balance training and fall prevention.
MEET OUR TEAM
Lynn Jensen, Physiotherapist
Lynn is a licensed PT, who graduated from University of Toronto in 1985.
She has extensive training in orthopaedics, manual therapy techniques, and ergonomics. Prior to acquiring Bolton Physiotherapy Clinic, Lynn worked as the Senior Hand Therapist for the WSIB, and has worked many of the therapy pools in Toronto's hospitals. She has also provided fitness training for Provincial Level soccer players. Lynn is also a Qualified Sole Supports Orthotics Provider. She has achieved advanced qualifications in ergonomics, and is also a Level 1 Trained Shift Concussion Management Provider.
Kaitlyn Chircop, Physiotherapist
Kaite is a physio with a passion for paediatrics. She has an amazing knack with the little ones, and extensive experience in working with young clients, helping them achieve their maximum level of function. She is also adept at working with the adult population. When she is not working with "our" children, she has two little ones at home, or you can find her running around Bolton to keep in shape.
Inderdeep Dhugge, Physiotherapist
Inderdeep is a graduate from University of Toronto. She has completed Level 1 Orthopaedics exams, and acupuncture courses. Inderdeep is our GLA:D trained therapist, and she provides education and exercises for people with hip and knee arthritis, as well as aquatic physiotherapy at the Caledon Wellness Centre. She has also already gained experience with vestibular rehabilitation, and is a Levele 1 Shift Concussion Management provider.
Danielle Carnegie, Physiotherapist
Danielle completed her physiotherapy training at Queen's University, and is currently working hard on a doctorate program at University of Toronto, with a biomechanics focus. When she isn't in the biomechanics lab, she is sharing her expertise at Bolton Physiotherapy Clinic. Danielle is our Selective Functional Movement Analysis therapist, so if you want correct form, she is your girl. You can also find her at Blue Jays games, or enjoying a wakeboard session at the cottage.
Tyna Holder, Certified Athletic Therapist, Reg Kinesiologist
Tyna completed her Athletic Therapy training in Calgary, and worked with varsity athletes at Queen's University prior to joining Bolton Physiotherapy Clinic in 2006. She has extensive field and clinic experience, and advanced training in manual therapy, orthopaedics, and Aquatic Therapy. Tyna is also a Level 1 trained Shift Concussion Management provider, and certified bosu trainer. When not helping clients balance, Tyna can be found balancing her own time with her little ones. Tyna will be back from maternity leave in September!!
Vincenzo Mazzei, Athletic Therapist, Certified Can-Fit-Pro Trainer
Vincenzo has been with Bolton Physiotherapy Clinic since 1996 He graduated from York University’s Sports Injury Management Program. Vincenzo’s command of Italian helps to get the message across to our many Italian clients. He has completed certification in FAE testing, and several certifications through Can-Fit-Pro ,and he spends his spare time as Head Instructor at the Caledon Karate Club, where he holds a 5th degree black belt.
Peter Pinho, Registered Massage therapist, Certified Athletic Therapist
Peter graduated from Sheridan's Athletic Therapy program in 2014, and continued on to complete a Massage Therapy program, becoming licensed in 2014. Peter uses hands-on techniques, combined with his knowledge of rehabilitation to help clients recover quickly and get back to their lives. When he is not helping get those knots out of clients, he is brushing up on his acupuncture skills, and will complete his acupuncture certification this spring. Peter also offers cupping and hot stone treatments! Away from work, Peter enjoys soccer, and relaxing at the cottage with his dogs.
Justine Branco, Certified Athletic Therapist
A recent graduate rom Sheridan's Athletic Therapy Program, Justine fell right into place at Bolton Physio. Her hands-on skills are exceptional, as is her passion for helping get people to their peak performance. Justine works with high school football and rugby programs, as well as Caledon Cougars basketball. As a former National and Varsity Field Hockey player, Justine relates well to athletes from weekend warriors, to elite athletes, and travels with the National Women's Field Hockey teams. Justine is a Level 1 trained Shift Concussion Management Provider.
Kourtney Grant, Physiotherapist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
Kourtney completed a degree in Human Performance at Oakland University in Michigan, while playing varsity soccer, leading the team as captain in her final year. She completed her Physiotherapy training at Dalhousie University, where she gained great experience in manual therapy and vestibular/concussion rehabilitation. She has already completed advanced manual therapy courses, First Responder, and is a Level 1 Shift Concussion Management Provider. You will find her with Justine on the rugby fields soon!
Dian DeMelis, Office Coordinator
Dian keeps us all organized, from the front desk to the back file room. She has a third eye for unfinished notes. We would not function without her, and are proud to have her as our first contact. She can often be seen jumping in to lend a hand or two to a busy therapist throughout the day, or lend an ear to someone in need.
Jenna Liegghio, Office assistant
Evening clients are greeted with Jenna's warm and relaxed demeanor. Her quick computer skills, and amazing efficiency keeps the clinic rolling smoothly, before running off to one of her competitive dance classes.
Dan Jensen, Manager
Dan’s background in Computer Systems Analysis and Commerce has given him the skills to pull all of the “non-clinical” stuff together. Dan has been instrumental in forging great relationships with stakeholders, and heads up our marketing. He has also taken courses relating to management of WSIB claims, and Motor Vehicle Accident claims. Dan is also no stranger to sports injuries, having been a Ski Patroller, with the Canadian Ski Patrol System for many years.
